Ready-made seasoning for Greek Gyros, Souvlaki or any Lamb, Beef or Pork Dish.
Ingredients:
Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary, Marjoram, Basil, Paprika, Coriander, Salt, Sugar, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Onions, Garlic, Mustard Seeds

Preparation Recommendation:
Mix 2- 3 teaspoons of seasoning with olive oil in a large bowl.
Slice the meat into thin pieces or discs.
Rub marinade into the meat and ensure all pieces are nicely coated.
Cover the bowl with cling wrap and allow marinating for 3 to 24 hours (the longer the better) in the fridge.
Cook the marinated meat in a large pan or wok for about 15 minutes (or until tender).
Serve with fresh bread and Tzatziki sauce.
Tzatziki Sauce:
Greek yoghurt, cucumber in small cubes, crushed garlic glove, salt and pepper mixed together.
