This Kiwi inspired black salt creation should be used as your daily table salt to give you the continuous benefit of charcoal and kawakawa leaves.
Ingredients:
Charcoal: Helps to remove toxins from your body, helps your digestion, has anti-aging properties and reduces high cholesterol.
Kawakawa leaves: Kawakawa is also known as the “Good Health Tree” and all parts of the plants are used more as prevention than cure. We used the kawakawa leaves to compliment the benefits of the charcoal.
Uses:
Use as your daily table salt and especially for any fish, seafood and chicken dish or grind over cheese and salads. Use only as a finishing salt to get the best results.
