Kumara leaves have 3 times more vitamin B6, 5 times more vitamin C, and almost 10 times more riboflavin than actual sweet potatoes. They also contain calcium, magnesium, manganese, zinc, copper, potassium and iron.
Onions: The nutrients include carbohydrates, sugar, soluble and insoluble fibre, sodium, vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, amino acids and more.
Garlic is packed full of sulfur compounds. It is an excellent source of manganese and vitamin B6, a very good source of vitamin C, and a good source of selenium.
Uses:
Try this salt on kumara, potatoes and all other roasted vegetables. It can also be used as a rub to put on your steak before you put it on the BBQ.
