Kiwis like Sweet Potatoes but not many will know that the actual green leaves have more nutrients than the Kumara itself. We used the Kumara leaves and added two other strong tasting vegetables to the salt. This gives the salt a very unique taste.

New Zealand is proud of its red wine and so we decided to use this native liquid to create our red wine infused salt with a touch of Mediterranean flair. Dolce vita can be translated as “Good Life” and this is exactly what we are trying to bring to your table.

An Italian inspired creation to bring you the taste of Italy on your plate. This salt is infused with balsamic vinegar and we also added 6 different Italian herbs.

Warning: Only to be used by the brave-hearted. This salt is 400 times hotter than Tabasco Sauce.

This flower salt is infused with blueberries and we added rose petals for the look, rose water and lemon zest for the flavour. Like all our other products the plant material used is grown organically. Just imagine your favourite cheese with a pink dusting that smells and tastes of roses.
